Grant E. Kincannon

Grant E. Kincannon is the founder and managing attorney of Kincannon Law Firm in Altus, Oklahoma. An Altus native, Grant is committed to serving individuals and families throughout Southwest Oklahoma with practical, down-to-earth legal guidance. His practice includes real estate, probate and estate administration, estate planning, and personal injury, allowing him to assist clients with both everyday needs and life’s most difficult moments. After earning his degrees from Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University School of Law, he returned home with his family and has been practicing law in Altus since 2014.

In addition to his law practice, Grant is the co-owner of a local real estate title and escrow company, giving him a unique, hands-on perspective in property and land transactions. Whether he is helping a family settle an estate, secure clear title, plan for the future, or pursue recovery after an injury, Grant focuses on clear communication, integrity, and strong advocacy.

When he’s not working with clients, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. You can often find him coaching his kids’ sports teams, squeezing in a round of golf, or heading out on a hunting trip.
